They...de old Obama´s fans...are turning away from him now. No one is happy with anything..but I guess he has meant a lot for that country and hope that that "greening" will be there nurturing your hopes...and why not ours as well. The colour you have used is pure "Viriditas " too. Intense and daring. May be you have been inspired by the symbolic meaning of the colour in this case, or rather by the "faded and softly teinted black" skin colour of the president...Anyway it is excelent. Rosa

I am not particularly political, I try to follow issues on all sides. Nevertheless, President Obama has a certain energy, a certain appeal, and he will be a part of the American story forever. This was painted when Obama was President Elect. My vision was to represent the conviction that the ideas of this man's campaign were not just a background of empty words. Rather, that they persist in the forefront of his mind.

At the present time, I am experimenting with non-objective expressionism, rethinking early training through abstract designs. I'm encouraged by an art enthusiast and architect who has been a mentor and an art enthusiast in my life.. I began to work in oils in Cooper Union In the 1960's. After graduation, instead of taking my BA in art at Yale, (my scholarship to Cooper...
