Artist's Description
Lucy the Rag Doll Cat was owned by my former roommate, a wonderful woman named Suzanne. Yes, there were two Suzannes living under one roof. Lucy was an indoor cat, and she would only go out the living room French Doors in order to slowly waddle around to the front door on the other side of the house and wait to be let in. Lucy was very soft and a nice lap cat. She loved to be petted and brushed. Her fur once filled a whole bag which was sent to a company who made yarn out of cat hair.

After graduation, instead of taking my BA in art at Yale, (my scholarship to Cooper...
