Wow Suzanne, is all I can say after reading the comments below; I am and always will be amazed at your talent - this is your artwork that you painted, no one has the right to tell you what to sell it for....your faithful fan, Joyce

Hello Wallace Family My name is Eric Albronda . I produced "When The Power Goes" with George Michalski and Vince along with George . Also I am the proud owner of the original oil painting by Suzanne Cerny . I am a bit undone at your reaction to the price of the prints. First of all " any publicity is good publicity in the music business. I would suggest you be thankful that Suzanne has picked this beautiful print to offer to the public at an affordable price --not everyone has big money these days .fr What it is worth--I would be happy to sell you the original oil painting for $24, 450.00 which is cheap considering the artist and her superior reputation and work .. Kindest thoughts

VINCE WALLACE IS MY DAD AND MY MENTOR PLEASE DONT SELL THIS ART SO CHEAP ITS WORTH ALOT MORE THEN YOU ARE ASKING AND I WONT ALLOW FOR SUCH A MARKET 85 DOLLARS A PRINT IS ABOUT THE PRICE MARRA WALLACE VINCES DAUGHTER AND ART STUDENT PS DONT DISAPPOINT ME FOR PENNIES IS WHAT A LIVING JAZZ LEGEND MAKES NOT A DECEASED ONE RAISE THE PRICE

Hi Marra, I am pretty sure we met at the church in Oakland at your dad's memorial service. I think I may have met you earlier, since I remember seeing your brothers in Fort Bragg where they were living with your dad, in 1983. I would like to see you again. We both live in the East Bay, according to your email to me. This is the first time I tapped back into FAA since you wrote to me. I understood immediately how you felt, or must have felt when you saw the image of this painting. I will have a print made for you. Please notice that I have indeed raised the prices for prints in various sizes from FineArtAmerica. The original is sold, and I see that the sale price was marked at $8,000. That's amazing because I sold it for less than that, perhaps about 700. It is a nice painting, and I am the one who arranged to have your dad (my first saxophone player who I knew as a live person); and George Michalski, an acoustic pianist, get together. They produced an album in 1987, I think it was, called When the Power Goes. It was great listening to them rehearse there, in the living room of George's house.
