This photograph was taken un l'ora de mezzogiorno. An hour before noon.
I spent time in this area just photographing buildings and watching people come in and out of the Comune di Cervia. Some went to lunch at the new quick stop called Piadina. This is a flat bread cut into rounds that have filling, similar to crepe, but not sweet. Usually it has spinach or proscuitto with lettuce.
